Wedding Photography really is a great job! You get to celebrate with happy people! The plan was to get married outdoors, under the blue sky and big trees, but when I arrived, it was raining. Hard. The radar wasn’t promising. Marcela didn’t let the weather dampen her mood as she carried-on getting ready with the girls, enjoying mimosas, and the company of family and friends. All the positive energy must have changed the weather, because suddenly, the storm turned away and the sky began to clear. Shortly after, Blake arrived. Did I mention these two could model in catalogs? Lucky me. The first look took place right on the patio of the barn, overlooking the spot that they would ultimately tie the knot! OUTSIDE! The party continued, and continued, and — long after I was gone for the night, continued. The whole bridal party and family was unbelievably kind and helpful. Shout out to Marcela’s brother for helping me with the formal photos. It was simply a great day, a perfect wedding, with wonderful people. Congratulations to the bride and groom!
